Credit Card Information
When you order any product and/or request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) on our Website, you may be redirected to a third-party payment gateway service to provide your credit card information including the credit card number, card security code (also called CVV2, CVC2, CIDcode), the expiry date and the billing address. The third-party payment gateway service is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) for payment processing.
In order to improve our products and services, we may use your personal information to send you online surveys. These surveys help us learn more about your experience with our products and services. Your responses to these surveys are treated as confidential information. If you do not wish to participate in a survey, you may simply decline when asked. You may also choose to opt out from participating in any future surveys. If you do so, we will not send you any survey requests in the future.

I understand it is my responsibility to ensure that I have a copy of all necessary software and I am also responsible for maintaining all of the following: backup of all information and data, text messages, emails, any other material, data or software owned by the (customer).I also understand that under no circumstances the amount paid for any software installed by Opticom Solutions Inc support technician for which a license has to be purchased will be refunded.
I acknowledge and agree that Opticom Solutions Inc support technician or its partners have no responsibility or legal liability under any circumstances at any time for the loss or corruption of any of the following: customer data, software, or hardware that may arise out of services provided or due to a hardware malfunction.
I also understand that the services provided to me are ‘AS IS’ and there are NO other warranties provided for services rendered. However, I am aware of the fact that if I experience a problem with the services provided to me on this day then I would have to email the provider of services at support@Opticom Solutions Inc within seven (7) business days from the date of sale to raise a ticket with Opticom Solutions Inc. Opticom Solutions Inc will use commercially reasonable efforts to try to resolve the problem at no additional charge the payment will be processed by a secured payment gateway.
Refund and Cancellations:
If a customer buys any package or contract s/he can cancel this contract within 3 days. After cancellation, the company will refund money after deducting service charge. Customer cancelling service mid-term will be charged fully. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1800-501-7949 to cancel the service/contract.
After review and if approved your account will be refunded and credit will be issued which shall be on your credit statement within 2 to 3 weeks of credit issue date. An Accounts services agent will contact you to confirm receipt of the e-mail via e-mail or via phone, please do not attempt to contact the technical support number as the technical staff does not have authority to handle such issues.
